MORRI MOSTOW began her writing career
more than 35 years ago as a researcher and writer for Reader’s Digest (Canada), which
published over a dozen articles under her by-line in its English and French editions.
MORRI now specializes in marketing and corporate communications, producing
newsletters, employee communications, promotional literature, direct mail, press
materials, publicity, executive speeches, annual reports, and French-to-English translations
and adaptations.
She has has published travel and local-interest
articles in Canadian
magazines and newspapers under her
own by-line and jointly by-lined with her husband, Doug Long, with whom she has contributed to
Travel World
Radio. She also blogs about the joys and travails
of island living at
Island Tidings.
She and Doug Long run their company,
BizNet Communications,
from the Gulf Islands of British Columbia, Canada, and have just launched
a music publishing business,
SongsLyricsMusic.com, to
promote Doug's tunes and those of other indie musicians.
Her father, Harold Mostow, passed away on
September 21, 2003.
